People of Glastonbury is a voluntary, non-profit local group.
Our purpose is to:
- Work together on local issues
- Encourage informed discussion on matters affecting Glastonbury
- Engage constructively with the local people, interest groups, and local authorities.
We do not replace the Town Council or other elected bodies, and we do not claim to speak for everyone. We exist to reflect a range of local views.
We are a community-led organisation committed to representing the interests of our town's people, fostering dialogue, and facilitating positive change. Your involvement strengthens the community voice and helps shape Glastonbury’s future.
We value every member and encourage you to participate and contribute by engaging with your community.

New video by Sandi Adams explaining the United Nations' Tourist Strategy and the technocracy and digital control being implemented in World Heritage sites such as Venice. Please watch and share.
At the end of the Council recording, the Town Clerk advised the Councillors to have an informal council meeting before the next full council meeting for some blue sky thinking and to create a road map to continue the work they had started with WHS. On 17 March, PoG served a notice on all councillors requiring that there be public representation and minuting of this and all future WHS related meetings. See Page 1 and Page 2.
